Is Pregnancy Possible While On Pregnacare Contraceptive Pills?

Hi..ive been using pregnacare conception tablets for 2 weeks and having unprotected sexual activity,im now 10 days late on my periods and having sore tender breasts..could i be pregnant. .my first day of my periods was on the 5th may 2017 and i haven t had any until today on 12th june

I cannot understand what you have been taking. In the headline to your query you said contraceptive pills but afterwards in the query itself you said conception pills which do the opposite of contraception, they not only do not prevent pregnancy but aid it. So not sure what you've been taking. Judging by the brand Pregnacare, it is a brand of conception products, aiding pregnancy, so naturally pregnancy is well likely. If instead it is indeed a contraceptive pill, still pregnancy is possible, they have a small failure rate, so given your absent periods a pregnancy tests is advised.
