Is Pregnancy Possible While On Implanon?

hello, this is my second round with the implanon. I had my 1st after my son, got removed and got pregnant with my 2nd son within 2weeks of removal. I am out of state on vacation, and I just realized my implanon expired as of 09/18 how soon will I get pregnant if its expired in my arm, can I get pregnant with it still in? I wont be home for another 2 weeks. ugh

You can get pregnant immediately after removing the Implanon. From the next cycle on wards you will be fine for conceiving provided all other factors are favorable.
