Hi doc I hve pcod , i m taking medicine for it i m 37yrs old nd want to get pregnant my doc has put me on duphaston nd said i need to loose weight for better chances. ..i m currently 94kg .. I hve periods frm last 4 months regularly after taking duphaston...my query is can i get pregnant while i m on duphastin nd if yes how will i know ...

Hi, I think you can get pregnant while taking duphaston. It is a progesterone which supports implantation. But I think you need to know if ovulation is happening or not. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than
