As o dont get my periods back after my first delivery due to breast feeding but as now my son turned to 2 years old and am weaning him since 6 months am trying to get pregnant my doc gv me duphaston 10mg three times per day for 10 days after completing 4 days of completing medicine i got my periods that is brownish light bleeding of jst 2 days....as per reports doc said bcox of thining of uterus lining am not getting my periods but now what to do?? Really want to conceive as soon as possible plz guide me

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since you had periods back pregnancy is very well possible. Get an ultrasound done to assess the uterine wall thickness, if it is too thin or there might be chance for spontaneous abortion. If you have troubles in menstruation get a follicular study also. Consult your gynaecologist for expert opinion.
