Is Pregnancy Possible In A Woman Post Oophorectomy?

Hey doc. Im an 18 year old girl and had a laparotomy 8 months back. My right ovary was removed because it had a large solid cyst of about 9-10 cm. But my left ovary only got operated as it has small cyst of about 1-2cm. My menstrual cycle is just perfect even before and after my laparotomy. Doc I wana know that can I conceive with only one operated ovary? Is that possible. If so please ans my question. thanks alot :)

thanks for posting here....it is absolutely possible for you to conceive with one ovary...if you dont have any other problem that can lead to infertilty....

thanks for posting here....it is absolutely possible for you to conceive with one ovary...if you dont have any other problem that can lead to infertilty.... regards
