Is Pregnancy Possible Having Delayed Periods And Pain In Lower Back?

Hi my period is overdue past 2 weeks I started to have nausea and my lower back is sore and I have cramps as well. I did a hpt test but it was negative. I m not on the pills and I m sexually active but I used the pull out method. Is there a possibility that I might be pregnant? Thks

You may not be pregnant.
As your pregnancy test is negative after 14 days the chances of pregnancy are less.
You should consult a gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
