Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking An Oral Contraceptive Pill?

I had sex with my gf on 3 February .Her last periods ws on 22 Nd january.She have irregular periods that is mostly a delay of 5 days.We used condom but condom broken .But i am sure that sperm didn't enter inside.Before 24 hours she had ipill.After one week having ipill she has a white discharge from her vagina & on17 the day after she had bleeding.she is had urinary infection & also back pain.Now i am really worried.is she pregnant?
