Emergency pills such as unwanted72 are effective if taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse. Therefore, taking the pill within 24 hours of sexual activity is capable of preventing pregnancy.
Your symptoms are nonspecific and may not indicate pregnancy. Fever and diarrhea are not symptoms of pregnancy. However, i would suggest you do a pregnancy test first, then visit your doctor for treatment of the illness which is likely to be enteritis, inflammation of the bowels.
You should take oral rehydration solution, probiotics such as saccharomyces and visit your doctor for antibiotic prescription.
I hope you get well soon.
Warm regards.
