Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

I am 19 years old and my boyfriend and I had sex on November 6. This was the first day of my sugar pills in my birth control pack so I was supposed to have my period that day. My period is always weird and usually doesn't come until 2 or 3 days after I start the sugar pills of my birth control. When we were having sex, the condom broke- we went to CVS and I took Plan B about 30 minutes after we had sex. I got my actual period (when I actually started bleeding) on November 9. Recently I have noticed that my urine sometimes has a strange odor and I currently have, what feel like, menstrual cramps but I am not due for my next period for another 11 days. According to my period tracker, I ovulated 3 days ago. Could any of this mean that I am pregnant?? I have been freaking out for the past two weeks and I don't know what to do or if I will get an accurate pregnancy test if I take one.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

First of all you are not pregnant. bleeding starting after 2-3 days of starting inactive/sugar pills, when on birth control pills is normal. There is nothing problem in that. Having sex on the day while on sugar pills will not cause pregnancy. So a plan B pill was not necessary.
Also the withdrawal bleeding has come on nov 9 , so you are not pregnant for sure. The symptoms like strange smell from urine, cramps must be related to some other problem like Urinary tract infection. These symptoms may be related to being over conscious as fear of getting pregnant as well.

If problem persists consult a gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
