Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking Plan-B?

Hi! I m a 20y/o female. I am trying to determine if I am am pregnant. I started my last period on 5/11, I then had a slight mishap on 5/15 while I was still on my period but being the overcautious person that I am, I took Plan B one-step roughly six hours later. My period stopped the following day and on 5/17 I had light spotting for a day and a half or so. On 6/6 I had a situation where I was having protected sex and my partner continued to use the same condom for like 5 minutes after he already finished so I m afraid there is a possibility that some leaked out. I did not take plan B again as I didn t want to take it twice in a months time. My periods are generally irregular, usually starting a week or so late. Today is 6/22 and I have yet to start. My breasts have been sore for 4 days, Ive been moody, I previously had slight lightheadedness and slight nausea which disappeared over the last few days. I ve taken 4 pregnancy tests now, all coming back negative, two in the last 48 hours. Can plan b mess up my cycle this bad at just one dose or could I be pregnant?

1. side effect of Plan B is nausea, breast tenderness and irregular bleeding and spotting [all which are mentioned in your history]

2. Plan B can cause hormonal imbalance and since it is a contraceptive pill and not abortion pill thus although pregnancy seems a remote possibility [negative pregnancy test] to allay anxiety get a gynecologist opinion.

3. Since it does not protect against STDs [sexually transmitted disease] and discharge [spotting/irregular bleeding] might be the side effect of the drug which is of short term.
