I am 35 years female , my last monthly period held at 26th December ,2017 . I had a sexual encounter on 10th January ,2018 at 4:45 pm to 5:30 pm . That day i was unable to get any ipill. the very next day irushed to a gynoechologist . She adviced me to take ovral g 2 tablets immediately i took at 8:44 am two tablets and she said me to take another 2 ovral g tablets after 12 hours on the same day. which i took at 8:05 pm on the same day. further she did not ask me to have any pills .Will it be able to prevent unwanted pregnancy in my case? please help and advice what to do in this case? is ovral g effective if i take the tablets within 24 hours of having sex? please answer
