Is Pregnancy Possible After Tube Ligation?

I had a TL 6 years ago. I was 1 1/2 weeks late and started bleeding heavily today. My breast are very swollen and sore to the point where I can no longer lay on stomach. I m have excruciating pains in lower left abdomen and back area. I ve had headaches for two weeks. Hpt have been negative, except first one showed faint positive. I went to dr today and they only performed ultrasound and said I was not pregnant. No further evaluation and no blood test was performed. What could be wrong with me? What should I do from here? I can not get comfortable due to severe pain.

well , if the first hpt showed faint positive and now the hpt is negative and the ultrasound showed no pregnancy, then it is likely that the first one was a false positive. considering that scenario as background, this episode of heavy bleeding may be termed as menorrhagia with dysmenorrhoea(painful menses). i would like to suggest you to start TAB TRANEXAMIC ACID 500mg THRICE A DAY FOR 3 DAYS for reducing the bleeding and TAB MEFTAL SPAS 500mg thrice a day for 3 days for dysmenorrhoea or pain. this should relieve you. add tab ranitidine 150mg SR twice a day for 3 days to control gastritis which may be caused by tranexamic acid. the pain should be relieved in next 2 hrs or so.
