Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) As you have already taken emergency contraceptive pill, and if was within 72 hours of the sex act, it works to prevent pregnancy in most of the cases (95%).

3 ) I will suggest you to wait for your expected date of cycle.

As sperms are very delicate cells ,it is very unlikely that sperms on the inner clothing after some time will be alive and will enter vagina to cause pregnancy.

As you might be aware that emergency contraceptive pill contains high dose of hormone progesterone, and this leads to various other symptoms like breast heaviness, breast pain, change in the menstrual patter

So it is advisable to use it only when you have unprotected sex act in the fertile period of cycle, means between day 10 to 20 of the cycle. .

Taking emergency contraceptive pill unnecessarily will have all the effects of high dose progesterone on your body and will reduce efficiency of the pills to prevent pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
