Is Pregnancy Possible After A Partial Salpingectomy?

Hi doctor..I underwent open surgery for ovarian cyst and removed my right ovarian cyst recently on 3rd June..I had ectopic pregnancy and removed my right fallopian tube in the year 2013.I am 35 yrs old..I have two kids of 16 and 12 yrs from my first husband and I donot have kids from my second husband. I want to have a baby now..will i be able to concieve and how long should I wait to get conceived..please help me with my queries..thank you. .

As the tubes and ovaries are intact one side. Pregnancy is well possible. But considering your age, there is always a risks. You can try natural methods to conceive, if you fail to conceive you can try an infertility specialist and get evaluated.
