Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As you are having previous history of miscarriage and presently having pain along with pinkish discharge, better to be careful. As sometimes miscarriage may recur and can present with these type of symptoms. Please consult your gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound. If there are any impending signs of miscarriage, you better take progesterone support with your doctor advice and continue with regular follow-ups.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
