Is painful urethra a symptom of cystitis?

Hi, I had some discomfort at the urethral opening... made me suddenly want to pee.. i needed to go several times... the discomfort wore off... but every time after i pee now i get a weird sensation.. it s not really painful as such more of an ache and the feeling that my bladder isn t empty. Had this for 3 days now... could it just be cystitis?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned your age and gender because according to these the given condition varies, this could be non specific one if you want to rule out the infection then test need to be done and sonography, routine urine tests are the options, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
