Is Pain On The Right-sided Groin Normal For A Patient With A Spermatocele?

hi ...i have had epidiymis cyst since i was around.16...have had it.checked and was non harmful....occassionally feel alot off dull aches from the.right hand side groin/ back area......is this normal for cysts to cause that or shld.i get re checked thanks

Hi,

While the little boring type of pain is quite typical for the cyst and not too worrisome. However, if there is acute severe pain we need to recheck for any complications of the cyst-like infection or torsion etc.

Even there is persistent pain we need to reassess with times to keep an eye on the size of the cyst.
