Is Pain Above The Clitoris During Urination Due To Bladder Infection?
I’m having pain right above my clitoris towards the end of my urination. Not a sting or burn but almost like an uncomfortable pressure. Not sure what it is. I have one sexual partner on the nexplanon, I do wear tampons often Bc I’m constantly bleeding due to birth control. Is it a bladder infection or something? Help!
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
This does not sound like a typical bladder infection. It rather sounds more like pelvic dysfunction symptoms.
You have not mentioned if you can feel anything dragging down or any vaginal discharge. I would recommend getting it checked by your doctor for proper diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Shilpi Kulshreshtha
