Is Ovarian Cyst Affecting Fertility?
I had a transvaginal sonogram,and they found a complex 3.3 2.2 cm cyst on my right ovary reading low level internal echoes and moderate thickeners may be hemorragic i been having the pain for 2 years and me and my hubby been trying to get preggers 1 yr no luck.is this affecting my fertility?

Laproscopic removal of cyst is the surgical treatment.
Metformin and higher antibiotics and hormonal treatment can be given.
