Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a painless lump under the tongue can be due to a number of causes like a Mucous Cyst or Mucocele, a soft tissue hypertrophy or Fibroma, wart, benign muscle tumor , Hemangioma etc.

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like FNAC/Biopsy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now it will be better to first get ruled out for the nature and cause of the lump and then only if indicated get surgical excision done .

Hope this helps..

Regards..
