Is On And Off Benign PVCs With Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath Serious?

I'm 42, female and I sometimes have benign PVC's. I can often feel them, and I had several in a row--6 or 7--over 2 to 3 minutes. Of course, then I was short of breath and dizzy, and this lasted longer than the PVC's. My blood pressure is 130 over 88. Is this a bad thing?

I know it's fine--I've been to the cardiologist and although the episodes can range from mildly to extremely intrusive, the episodes do not happen very often. Is this mild enough to ignore at this point?

Cardiologist 's  Response
If you have seen a cardiologist and the extra beats appear to be of no concern, the only goal is to relieve your symptoms. Simple things may help. Avoid stimulants like caffeine, theophylline or guarine as well as decongestants, bleu cheese. Generally, avoid alcohol but especially dark beer and heavy, red wines.
