Suggest treatment for discomfort shoulders

I am an 68 year old male with a history of PVC s. Have had several treadmill, echo cardiograms which have been benign. I live at 5000 feet, went camping at 9000 feet and notice more difficulty climbing. Also had a lot of PVC s and unusual left shoulder uncomfortableness. Back down to 5000 feet, PVC s seem to be gone and shoulder pain also gone.

Hi,

left shoulder pain with underlying cardiac problems and at high altitude leading to dyspnea and left shoulder uneasiness suggestive of hypoxic injury to the heart otherwise known as coronary syndrome. Advisable to limit your travelling to high altitude and get a coronary angiography done.
