Is Normal Delivery Possible As Per The Following Ultrasound Report?

Hi,my wife is 34 week pregnant and yesterday she done blood test and her s.g.o.t. and s.g.p.t.level was 167/188.yesterday she also done ultrasound and as per report there s two issues first one is the EVIDENCE OF TWO LOOPS OF CORD AROUND OF NECK and LIQUOR IS TOWARDS LOWER SIDE OF NORMAL AFI-8cm.except these issue all in good manner.so please advice me is there chances for normal delivery?her gyne said just wait for couples of day and observe the movement of baby if she doing fine than we wait for next 15days otherwise we ll go through c-sec.doc prescribed her udiliv 300 and pH4.please suggest us what should we do?

hi ur wife is 34 weeks pregnant.she has to pass two more completed weeks. as u already said the two issues r really risk factor for normal delivery. if The AFI goes less than 5,its absolute indication for Caesarean section because of fetal distress.Advise ur wife to take plenty of water, and fresh fruit juices. consult nearby OG they may prescribe sum medicine which helps to improve AFI. apart from that ur wife should watch carefully about the baby movement. it's very important. minimum 10 movements in day time.
