Hello,

I suggest you to change your lifestyle, to walk every day in fresh air, eat healthy food, avoid sugar and eat small portions to lose weight. It is possible that the pain is a result of overweight but I suggest to control the level of glucose in blood and a consult with an orthopedist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
