Is My Urine Test Report Normal?

on urine physical exam report of a 6 month old child result are quantity -20 ml, colour- pale yellow ,appearance -clear, specific gravity-1.030 & reaction (ph)- 5.0 chemical examination result are- reaction -acidic, glucose- nil, albumin (+) & microscopic exam /HPF result are - R.B.C -Nil/HPF, Pus Cell- 0-2/ HPF, Epithelial Cells- 1-2/HPF, Cast- nil, Crystals- nil, others- nil WHAT IT MEANS ?

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your baby's urine analysis is absolutely normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normal /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
Mild protein is acceptable.
It is important to know about the reason for investigation.
However your baby need clinical correlation.
