Is My Ultrasound Report Of Hyperechoic Endometrium, A Cause For Concern?

i am 41 y/o i missed my period last jan, now i had my period feb 5 until now still bleeding feb 17, NO SEXUAL CONTACT for almost 2 1/2 yrs. my ultrasound says:the endometrium is hyperechoic w heterogeneous echoes. w in the R ovary is a cystic follicle 2.01 x 1.9 cm. endometrium 2.23cm. do i have to worry? is this serious?

Regarding your symptoms of persistent vaginal bleeding following your recent menses with an scan result of a cyst in the ovary and endometrial mass I am suggesting that you have the following diagnosis

Ovarian cyst
Endometriosis
In view of this diagnosis please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures
