Is my heart rate and BP within normal range ?

Its 109/48 and my heart rate is 65. This is the average of 6 tests over two days. I m 15 and 6 1, 150 pounds. I m mainly wondering if my diastolic is too low when taking into consideration my systolic and heart rate. I took it myself using a machine and at 3 different times each day for two days. I already know it can fluctuate over several minutes and that is why i made an average.

a blood pressure of 109/48 and a heart rate of 65 are both healthy and normal for an individual who is either athletic or work out a lot. You said you're 15, so, if you are athletic and work out a lot, then you have nothing to worry about. If you're not, a blood pressure that's constantly below 90/60 is considered to be low blood pressure and should be checked out by a doctor. Also, it's better if you have someone in your family take your blood pressure manually (with a cuff, aneroid meter, and a stethoscope) rather than with one of those monitors because they don't give a perfect reading. You can get the whole package at Walgreen's for under $20. If you need more info. on how to take it manually visit www.medicalguidelines.blogspot.com

Good Evening, I had a few concerns about some recent symptoms I have been experiencing for the last 4 to 6 weeks. I am 30 years of age, 5 2 and 119 pounds. I have a higher then normal cholesterol level of 193. When researching I have read that anything under 200 is considered normal although the docs do consider it to be a bit high. I have also experienced low blood sugar in the past off and on for about 5 years. I seemed to have low blood sugar issues since I caught the virus mononucleosis in 2007. Honestly, my body has never been the same. I have been waking up at night about an hour after falling asleep with rapid heart rate, higher then normal BP of usually 130 to 145 over 93 and heart rate can get up to 110 to 113 at times. I start shaking all over and become weak all over and lightheaded. I feel cold in my hands and feet. I also have a lot of numbness in my hands and feet while lying down and while sleeping at night. this symptom has been going on over a year. I have been to the ER and was told I had a heart arrhythmia but nothing serious whatsoever. I also had a low Rdw of 12.2 blood test and low phosphorus of 2.1. I also have a drop in blood pressure when lying down. sometimes is goes as low as 87/44 but heart rate is within normal range. These recent blood tests were the only tests that were low. I did have an ekg which was normal and chest x-ray which was normal as well. I was recently thinking maybe I had a thyroid issue or endocrine issue. I have had basic thyroid tests done and they were in normal range but my direct T4 seemed to me to be on the lower end of normal. When I told a Nurse from the ER my recent thyroid test results, He said it was on the low normal side. Do I seem to have some kind of heart issue and why do I have these episodes at night? Sometimes the episodes are so severe I have to get into the shower just to shock my body. It can be very scary. Any suggestions or input you can provided me with would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, After a long and tiring day of work, I had my blood pressure checked at 126-72 with a heart rate of 82. I am a 59.5 yo white male living in the US. I read everything and its opposite on the Internet on this bp level. Is this a normal blood pressure? Should I aim to improve it and how?

My hr and bp typically run low but it has been running higher then my normal baselines. My bp usually runs in the 70-80/55-70 s and my hr rarely goes above 90 but the last couple days it s been gettin higher... last reading was 110/72 with hr of 116bpm.. I realize that they are all within the standard normal range but it is not within my normal range... should I be concerned?

i am 38 years old, 6'5" and 330 pounds. I've been having severe heart palpitations with shortness of breath that seems to rise up my body. First i get a warm feeling in my left ear, then i get very dizzy and start seeing white spots, then it feels like i'm losing oxygen to my head and i start to blackout. it usually goes away after i close my eyes and sit still. i have been to cardiologists who told me that i have high blood pressure and could lose weight, but my angiogram, etc. all prove normal. i am taking a beta blocker (cardovilol or something) plust a high blood pressure medication.
