I have a lab result that show the following result: Microbiology Test name O . H. Ref values Salmonella Typhi. Salmonella paratyphi A. Salmonella paratyphi B. Salmonella paratyphi C. Pls what is the meaning of the result

The test mentioned by you is Widal test.
Widal test is done to detect Salmonella infection or typhoid infection.
Typhoid is caused by Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A and B.
The test is reported as antibody titres.
The antibody titres are significant when more than 1:80 for O and H antigens.
The test shows an antibody titres of 1:20 which suggests that no typhoid infection is present.
