Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your chances of pregnancy are very very less in the current scenario. Considering your age, you may have entered the perimenopause. This can be the reason for the delayed periods and irregular eating and sleeping habits. This can also be detected through a proper clinical exam, hormonal assays, trans-vaginal sonogram and follow up. A routine pap smear also is essential. Abnormal weight gain should be controlled through diet and exercise. Please contact your gynecologist for further management. Hope this helps.
