Is Mild Fever Post Intake Of Antibiotics A Cause For Concern?

my 19 yr old daughter was treated at her college medical clinic for a possible kidney and was treated with antibiotics yesterday and is now experiencing a slight fever of 99.3. Should she go to the hospital? I told her to put a cold cloth on her forehead and her wrists and see if it comes down in the next half hour. Hi,
Fever might be due to infection in her kidneys but as she is taking medicine for this, wait for 2-3 days to start effect of antibiotics.
give advil for fever as needed.
Ask her to take plenty of water.
give her light diet.
Ok and take care.
