Is Mild Cardiomegaly With Mildly Prominent Bilateral Bronchovascular Markings A Serious Concern?

X-RAY CHEST (PA VIEW) There is a evidence of mild cardiomegaly with mildly prominent bilateral bronchovascular markings. Both hila appear normal. The costophrenic and cardiophrenic angles are clear. The domes of the diaphragm, visualized soft tissues and bony thorax are unremarkable. Hi thats my wife X-ray report. Her medical history is that she suffered from a stroke in 2015. It was minor and we got the treatment done. Currently she is on medication. Everything fine regarding her health from then till date. Bi-monthly we visiting doctor for checkup. The above report we just had last week. She is suffering from mild cough. Please advise about the x-ray report. Many thanks.
