Is Medical Treatment Required For Multiple Uterine Fibroids?
I just got my ultrasound report back and looks like l have Heterogeneous appearance of the uterus with multiple fibroids present. There is a fundal fibroid present which may have a submucosal component. Do l need a medical tratment for this if l dont have any simptoms?
If fibroid is asymptomatic, then no further treatment is needed. If bleeding present then Hormonal pill can be prescribed. If bleeding cannot be controlled by medication than operative measures done. Just now if you are asymptomatic then no further treatment needed
Regularly perform ultrasound scan to check fibroid status.
Hope this will help you.
Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss your case.
