Well fiv month ago i had a tubal done after my son qas born may 23rd 2013 i havent had my period this month i b cramping moody nauseas dizzy low back pain.my stomach feel full alwaya hungry im confused tests xame posituv then neg maybe im just gaining waight

Your symtpoms would be considered normal after the surgery, but a recent positive pregnancy test does raise some suspiscion. As I do not know your history in detail, I would suggeat you to visit a doctor at the earliest and rule out ectopic pregnancy which is likely in your case. Please do so at the earliest.
