A male between the ages of 40-45 lost control while he was in shower. He fell while in shower, went unconscious (although he thinks he just fell asleep ), then he coughed, vomited and urinated, not knowing ge did these things until I told him that s what happened. He is severely overweight. He s shy. I m just a friend was with him when this happened and wanted me to email.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom is called the syncope and underlying cause could be cerebral pathology, second it could be late onset of epilepsy in either of these condition CT brain or MRI is must condition need to be taken seriously hope this information helps.
