Hi,

Alprazolam is a short-acting benzodiazepine anxiolytic, is used for short-term treatment of anxiety disorders. Common side effects related to central nervous system (CNS) of alprolazam include: drowsiness, dizziness or light-headedness, headache, blurred vision, memory problems, trouble concentrating, sleep problems and lack of coordination. Antibiotics are not known to cause lightheadedness, but mainly cause gastrointestinal symptoms as side effects.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
