welcome to Health care magic. 1.It will resolve on its own in most of the cases. 2.The acute swelling with fluid consistency is hydrocele. 3.To be safe side get an appointment and see your GP and get an ultrasound scrotum. 4.It will give you exact picture of testis and fluid, if there is any partial torsion. 5.If its testicular swelling with normal blood supply, then you may need a course of antibiotics.
