Hello,
Since you have retained products it is ideal to go for an evacuation in order to avoid infection and prolonged bleeding which can occur later on. If you are not willing right away, you can ask for another trans-vaginal sonogram by an expert. If this sonogram also confirms the presence of the retained product. Though it is possible that this product may get expelled spontaneously during the next natural period, to wait for such a thing to happen is a risk taken. Please remember that it is not advisable to get aborted repeatedly because the uterus becomes irritable and has difficulty holding a pregnancy to term in future. Hope this helps.
