Is It To Be Concerned About Low BP Which Causes Unconsciousness?

Hi, I am a 23 yrs old female. Last week I felt unconscious due to low BP and I felt pain under my upper left abdomen and shortness of breathe. I got admitted to hospital and after few bottles of saline I became normal. All the tests including ecg, blood tests seems to be normal. One thing which is alarming in reports was high triglyceroids which went up to 470. I had gaestric problems earlier as well. Now aftet 4 days I got the chest pain, nausia and breathlessness again, which last for about 2 hrs.
