Is It To Be Concerned About Chronic Staph Infection In Eye?
My 15 year old son was just prescribed drops for a chronic staph infection in the Left eye which has now moved into the Right eye as well. Our optometrist has referred us to an optomologist. He is already losing some vision in the Left eye. What can I expect the opthomologist will do for him?
You know that is is chronic staphylococcal infection and not responding to treatment. so you go for culture ad sensitivity test use recommended a antibiotic which is very sensitive.
