Is It Serious To Leak Water From The Legs Of A 94 Yr Old Who Is In Hospital For Congestive Heart Failureo And Is On Lasic?
Yes, my mother-in-law is 94 yrs. old. Is currently in the hospital for congestive heart failure. They have her on lasic (?) but now her legs are starting to leak water. Now they feel that they would like to extract water from her lungs. Is this necessary? Is this a serious situation for her considering her age.

dear sir. in congestive heart failure there will be excessive pooling of water in your body.its because your heart fail to pump blood with sufficient pressure.lasix is good medicine in this condition which will help in removing water in form of urine.removing water from leg is very difficult and not a practical approach .....advise to consult good cardiologist in health care magic he will do need ful ......Regarts
