Is It Safe To Use Epiquin Micro For A Long Time?

Is EpiQuin micro usage for long term use and are there any contraindications to using it for 6 years now? I have Triluma as a substitute but the drug information insert says not to be used for more than 8 weeks. Why is it for short term use only? Thank you.

Thank you for asking!
Every medicine is a poison and every poison is a medicine. It is just the matter of dosages and duration. Hydroquinone is used to lighten the dark patches of skin (also called hyperpigmentation, melasma, "liver spots," "age spots," freckles) caused by pregnancy, birth control pills, hormone medicine, or injury to the skin.
Get to a dermatologist and avoid that prolonged use. Let him help you
