Is It Safe To Use Mintop For Hair Loss?

Hi. I am a 28-year old female and I am beginning to notice thinning of hair on the sides. It is not very evident if hair is let loose. The doctor has advised to use Mintop and Bioexidil serum. However, according to reviews online, once I stop using Mintop, I will lose more hair. But, my doctor says that if discontinued post the hair is in Anagen phase, there should not be any issue. please let me know what is the best approach.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Mintop (Minoxidil) and Bioexidil (Capixyl) are the recommended medications to be applied topically for treatment of hair loss.
You need to apply them continuously twice every day on dry scalp. You need to have patience as it wouldn't give instant results.
It takes about 2 to 4 months to appreciate decrease in hair fall and 6 months to a year to appreciate new hair growth.
You may have to take 'Finasteride' also along with the above medications.
Later, you need to continue with the treatment for about 2 to 5 years depending on your necessity.
