Hi dear any kind of hormonal pills has to be taken under the observation of the specialist, also i advise you get your hormonal level of FSH,LH and progesterone get checked and consult, instead of Cerazette i usually advise for Primolut N tab 5 mg once a day and if problem persists then twice a day because of lesser known side effects in comparison.
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
