Is It Safe To Take Injection For Shoulder Pain?

Hi Dr, I m 28 years old. I got shoulder pain for last 2 years. I took too many physiotherapy and I did exercise but the pain steel there. So now Dr suggest me to take the injection but I m trying for pregnancy or may be I m pregnant now. So I want to know is the injection is safe for me and is there any side effects. Thanks.

Hi welcome to health care magic . After going through your query I think you are suffering from frozen shoulder .you need physiotherapy exercises, analgesics if no relief steroid injection may be helpful .hope you are satisfied with the answer. Thanks.

Well come to HCM
If your are pregnant then better to avoid the injectable drug, even if you are not pregnant then also avoid this, better to manage the condition with oral drugs only and the best is Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in, if pregnancy is there then avoid the oral medication too and just stick to the Physiotherapy, take care.
