Hallow Dear,

If you are already pregnant for more than 5 weeks, and currently there is no ectopic pregnancy, now it cannot form it. You are out of danger of ectopic pregnancy. The ectopic pregnancy happens at the time of baby getting implanted; i.e. around 7 days before you miss your period.

Regarding the antibiotics you have to take for the cyst in the fallopian tube: First confirm that it is infective cyst and not the ectopic. If it is infection, you any take only the antibiotics that would not harm the baby. Tetracycline or its derivatives are to be avoided during any stage of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Your Obstetrician will choose only those antibiotics which are safe during the pregnancy.

I hope this clears your dilemma.
