Is It Safe To Take Paracetamol To Treat Chronic Epididymitis?

I ve been diagnosed with chronic epididymites and have had it for nearly a year I had a ultrasound which showed it. it gets bad at night and during sleep as I tend to sleep on my side and my testicles are mostly pressed by my thighs. I ve been told to talk 1 mg atnite and in 1 mg in morning of paracetamol it eases up after about3 hours but when I go out driving in lorry it starts to get sore again and the longer the day driving the sorer it gets and the surrounding area I also seem to have a sweat on me during my time in bed so I am wondering does compression by driving and sleeping do this

I really appreciate your concern, if this is inflammation of epididymis then underlying cause of this need to be ruled out and infection would be the main concern of this, so better to get it confirm and for that you have to see the uro-surgeon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
