Is It Safe To Take Metoprolol And Lisinopril For Afib And HTN?

my 72 y.o husband began to feel tired and felt that way for 1-2 years. He reported that he d had 2 episodes of chest pain lasting hours and leaving him weak for 2-3 days after. He has been diagnosed with afib and HTN. He is taking metoprolol, digoxin, coumadin and Lisinopril. These meds have given him a lot of relief. A workup was done and it was determined he only has about 25% heart function. He still pushes himself to do the farm work but I see that he is moving slower and is unable to do nearly as much aswould like to. I can t convince him to listen to his body and slow down. What can I expect going forward? He was Dx 2 years ago.
