Hello,

It's not safe to take all these medications together.
1. Taking lisinopril along with losartan may increase the risk of side effects such as low blood pressure, kidney function impairment, and a condition called hyperkalemia (high blood potassium). In severe cases, hyperkalemia can lead to kidney failure, muscle paralysis, irregular heart rhythm, and cardiac arrest. Since both lisinopril and losartan are known to cause hyperkalemia, hence lisinopril should not be taken as long as you are on losartan.
2. Taking Baclofen along with losartan or hydrochlorothiazide, metoprolol, amlodipine, or lisinopril may lower your blood pressure and slow your heart rate. It can cause dizziness, weakness, fainting, fast or irregular heartbeats, or loss of blood glucose control. You may need a dose adjustment or need your blood pressure checked more often to safely use these medications.
3. Metoprolol may have an additive effect of lowering your blood pressure if it is taken along with amlodipine or hydrochlorothiazide. You may need a dose adjustment or need your blood pressure checked more often to safely use these medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
