Is It Safe To Take Folic Acid During 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I have hf 2 miscarriages in the last two years. I am now 7 weeks pregnant and cant stop thinking otherwise. I started taking pregnacare 2 days ago after finishing my folic acids and now having waterly stools do u think it a good idea to continue taking it because some people say it increases the risk of miscarriage

Folic acid is an essential supplement in first trimester of pregnancy. You must continue with. It does not increase risk of miscarriages. Rather it prevents congenital anomalies in baby.
You must take fibrous diet to aid in watery stools. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
Consult your gynecologist and discuss these issues.
