If one has taken, this is not correct.
Dosage of 400 microgram is required per person. While trying for pregnancy
in Europe, doctors suggest to take Pregnanium (contains 200 microgram). Some folic acid
comes from the food we eat daily. If the folic acid (B9 vitamin) intake is high, it creates B12 deficiency (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Folic_acid).
The usual saying "Athi sarvathra Varjayeth" apply here. 5 mg means 5000 microgram. It is too much.
I do not know why in India only this Folvite
with 5 mg is sold!
